This agreement secures the usage of protected images, logos and trademarks to any given trading partner of M. Schack Engel A/S.
The trading partner is provided with access to the enclosed Brand Portal powered by M. Schack Engel A/S (hereinafter MSE A/S) for the use of images, video’s, logo and other marketing material which is granted until further notice. This includes both previously handed out material, as well as any image and video material that in future is provided. The usage of image and material from the Brand Portal is limited exclusively to the below mentioned and intended purpose(s).
Any misusage of data will immediate cancel any rights to this agreement, claims for damages are expressly reserved. The trading partner agrees that MSE A/S can revoke the respective release of the usage rights at any time with a reasonable deadline. The trading partner also agrees not to object to the right of withdrawal on the part of MSE A/S with regard to common rights or any distortions of competition and hereby waives all damages.
MSE A/S is also not liable for the topicality of the images provided and rejects any claims for damages due to models that are not available. The passing on of the provided pictures to third parties is not permitted. Not even if the trading partner sells an existing shop or domain to third parties, all without any prior agreement with MSE A/S.
